Some people just don’t realize the importance of having amazing photos of their home when listing on MLS. That’s really what makes people click on listings they see online. Stunning photos attract potential buyers. Most real estate agents will agree to sell your house and promise to aggressively market it for you, only to come in and take pictures of your home with their point-and-shoot camera. How is a $200 camera going to effectively capture the dimensions and depth of your rooms, and more importantly, get buyers to call? Don’t believe me? Here are some pictures I took with a standard 5.1 megapixel Sony Cybershot. Then I took pictures with my camera from the exact same spot. Can you see the difference?
