Thanks for taking an interest in who I am! I think it’s pretty darn important to find out a little bit about anyone if you’re going to do business with them.

I’m a full-time real estate agent with Kingsway Real Estate, having spent several years at both HomeLife and RE/MAX. That means real estate is my life and my livelihood, and I take it quite serious. I figure that if I was going to trust someone with my home, probably the largest investment of my life, I’d want someone who not only had the knowledge and the diligence to sell my home, but was also passionate about connecting with me as a client and figuring out my needs.

How many bad stories do you have about horrible salespeople? Probably as many as I do. The problem with most real estate agents these days is that they’re order takers and they treat the whole process as a sales transaction. Wham, bam, thank you very much ma’am. They sign your papers and send you on your way without so much as stopping to develop a working relationship with you.

Well, this is my not my job - this is my business. This is why I’m relentless when I’m working on someone’s behalf. I really want to do a good job. It’s the only way I know with certainty that my clients are happy they hired me, and it helps me get referrals.

In addition to real estate, I’m also an amateur photographer and certified graphic and web designer. I work hard at these areas in my life, because not only do they bring me personal fulfillment, they also help me with real estate. You can read more about that here.

Real estate is a business that I love. The daily challenges, meeting new people, and visiting new neighbourhoods every day really makes this a love of my life.
